About the Role

Galliford Try Holdings plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Delivery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale projects within our Affinity Water and Essex & Suffolk Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering complex engineering projects, including Civil Engineering and MEICA works.
  • Develop and implement a delivery strategy for the programme of works, promoting environmental sustainability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the supply chain to build relationships and support the delivery strategy.
  • Ensure commercial performance meets regional financial targets and maintain a strong understanding of commercial contract conditions.
  • Implement KPI analysis and improvement plans to achieve performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme management and commercial leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the Water/Wastewater Treatment and Infrastructure construction sectors.
  • Excellent track record of HS&E performance and IT literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
