We are a family-run Italian restaurant seeking a charismatic and skilled Mixologist/Head Bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute drink menus, ensuring a diverse range of wine, liquor, and signature cocktails.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of beverages and food products to provide expert recommendations to customers.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with the management team to shape and deliver authentic Rising Sun hospitality and service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior bartending or mixology role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with a wide range of customers.
• Strong knowledge of wines and spirits, with a passion for continually developing expertise.
