Regional Decorator

We are looking for a skilled Regional Decorator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for presenting our care homes to the highest standards. This involves undertaking painting and decorating duties to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and homely for our residents and colleagues.

In this role, you will work closely with our home managers and colleagues to maintain a responsive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of our care homes. You will also be expected to report any incidents or accidents to the relevant authorities and to understand and implement our health and safety policy.

A full-time position is available, which requires the ability to drive and cover multiple care homes in the Derby and Nottingham area. We provide a shared company vehicle for this purpose.

The ideal candidate will have effective engagement and communication skills, enabling them to work closely with residents, home managers, and other colleagues. You will have a strong understanding of painting and decorating techniques and be able to undertake general maintenance tasks as required.
