We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Property Services Team as a Property Investment Assistant. This role will involve coordinating Tenant Health and Safety compliance tasks for all Cairn stock in the designated areas of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Tenant Health and Safety compliance tasks for all Cairn stock in the designated areas of compliance.
  • Providing efficient and effective customer care and administration support to the Compliance Team within the Property Services Team.
  • Liaising with customers in a helpful and friendly manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the Customer Services and Cairn Connect teams as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with recognised Administration/Repairs qualifications or 2 years' experience working in an admin role within repairs and maintenance.
  • Being competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 applications Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
