**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare in Hemel. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, choice, and inclusion for individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Job:

  • You will provide companionship and personal care support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
  • You will teach independent living skills and manage medication as required.
  • You will participate in community-based activities such as swimming, social events, or leisure activities tailored to individual needs.

Your Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £11.80 per hour, increasing to £11.65 after completing our paid-for-care certificate and to £11.80 upon completion of a Level 2-3 NVQ qualification.
  • Hastee Pay: withdraw up to 40% of your earned salary before payday.
  • 28 holidays, including bank holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday and up to 5 extra days off for length of service.
  • Quarterly Awards and service performance-related bonuses.
  • Pension and life assurance cover up to £10,000 (terms apply).

Requirements:

  • No experience is required, but we offer ongoing training and support throughout your career.
