Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to join their team in Essex. As a valued member of our care community, you will provide exceptional home care services to individuals with complex needs, working on a temporary contract via our agency.

Salary: £19 per hour

With a strong focus on delivering person-centred care, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Our client is committed to providing personalized home care services, and as a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing care for individuals with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilation support
  • Delivering care in community-based settings, promoting independence and dignity
  • Utilising skills in ventilation, suctioning, tracheostomy care, cough assist, and nebulisers
  • Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
  • Facilitating enjoyable community outings and family interactions

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ventilation, suctioning, tracheostomy, cough assist, and nebulisers is desirable
  • A full UK driver's license is essential
  • A passion for delivering person-centred care
  • The ability to work effectively in community-based complex care settings
