About the RoleAs a Support Worker at Ebbsfleet House, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality person-centered support and care to our service users. You will work collaboratively with the team to create a supportive environment, helping service users set and achieve goals while promoting independence.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support and care to service users, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop strong relationships with service users and their families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support service users in planning and achieving their goals, encouraging independence and self-esteem.
- Promote a safe and respectful environment, addressing any challenging behaviors with empathy and understanding.
