About the Job

In this role, you will be working with clients across the country, providing top-notch customer service and support. Your key responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting customers as they enter our facilities. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Requirements
  • Excellent Communication: Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport with customers and colleagues alike, creating a positive and professional atmosphere
  • Problem Solving: Employ critical thinking to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Organization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines

To be successful in this role, you will need GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) and Maths (Grade 4) desired. Additionally, you should possess customer care skills, analytical skills, logical thinking, creativity, initiative, and non-judgmental qualities.

We will provide comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your career goals. As an apprentice, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of around £18,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
