Compliance Officer

This role is based in Bromley and involves working with the compliance team reporting into the Compliance Manager.
A minimum of 2 years UK healthcare recruitment compliance experience is required to excel in this position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Record candidate's compliance status accurately and efficiently using reliable data management systems.
- Evaluate files for adherence to required standards and guidelines, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
- Conduct thorough identification checks, verify documentation, and obtain references from credible sources.
- Verify registrations and qualifications, apply for DBS certificates, and complete online background checks to maintain a high level of integrity.
- Collaborate with candidates and stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively through face-to-face and online interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets for onboarding candidate documents and understand framework requirements to stay ahead.
- Prepare pre-placement checklists, book training sessions, and assist with reporting and sales updates to drive business growth.
The estimated salary for this position is around £37,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
