ERP Systems Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Analyst to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As an ERP Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our ERP business system within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis: Dive deep into our existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Become the cornerstone of ERP knowledge, offering expert advice and support across all operations.
  • Become the first point of contact for any ERP system queries, ensuring smooth operations and high user satisfaction.
  • Bridge the gap between our organisation and our ERP vendor, fostering a partnership that drives continuous improvement and aligns with our strategic goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their unique needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience and/or a strong interest in supporting and maintaining the company ERP business system within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of the EFACS ERP business solution or other leading ERP systems.
  • Ability to utilise SQL Server, including maintenance and backups.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex challenges within the EFACS ERP system.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organisational levels.
