Embedded Systems Hardware Design Engineer

**Job Overview:**
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and expansion of a range of embedded computer and digital video products. Located in Ely, Cambridgeshire, you'll be working with a dynamic team of Electronics and Software Engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Design new products from feasibility to production
- Create schematic designs using Cadence/Orcad/Altium
- Review PCB layouts
- Prepare design documentation
- Support the product development life cycle
- Work with sales teams to define customer solutions
- Provide support to customers
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High speed digital design experience
- Experience with interfaces: PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, RS-232/RS-485/RS-422
- Knowledge of video interfaces: HDMI/DVI, HD-SDI, DP, VGA, Composite
- Experience with Programmable Logic, FPGA and microControllers
- Multilayer highspeed PCB design expertise
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
