Insolvency Department Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join The Law Support Group's Insolvency department in Newcastle. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with a background in administration, particularly within the legal or professional services sector.
The role involves a range of administrative tasks including file and case management, scanning and uploading documents, processing proxies, post receipt, and delivery and proofs, administering payments, accounts, and invoicing, as well as arranging meetings and client events.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be responsible for scanning and copying bundles and key court documents, and obtaining client ID and assisting in the preparation of Letters of Engagement.
The Law Support Group offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, group pension, health and dental cover, discount shopping, life assurance package, and interest-free season ticket loan.
