**About the Company:**

We are a leading supplier of luxury flooring and wallpaper finishes to the A&D industry. Our products are manufactured in London and installed nationally and internationally through our in-house fitting team. With a strong presence in East London, we are expanding our sales team to meet the growing demand for our high-end products.

Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced High-End Sales Executive to join our team. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling luxury flooring solutions to A&D industry clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales activity, client interactions, and business development efforts

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in specification sales, preferably in the luxury flooring or wall-coverings sector
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the A&D industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools and technologies

Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
