Job Title: Community Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Program Manager for a Build to Rent property management company in Sheffield.

About the Role:
As a Community Program Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of a 365 residential apartment scheme, providing exceptional customer service to residents and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the community, including resolving resident queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your tasks will also include maintaining accurate records and reports, including maintaining high standards of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development and implementation of community programs and initiatives to enhance the living experience for residents.
• Build relationships with residents, local businesses, and other stakeholders to promote a positive community environment.
• Contribute to the creation of policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in property management or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) plus a 10% discretionary performance bonus.
