Job Title: Post Exchange Lead - Residential Property

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Post Exchange Lead to join our Residential Property team at Holmes & Hills. As a Post Exchange Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Post Exchange Executives and overseeing the post-exchange process for residential property conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of Post Exchange Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of post-exchange tasks.
  • Post-Exchange Process: Oversee the post-exchange process for residential property conveyancing, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients, estate agents, and referrers to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the progress of post-exchange tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve the post-exchange process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for Post Exchange Executives to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in post-exchange and completion of residential property conveyancing.
  • Knowledge: Full knowledge of purchase processes and significant experience in post-exchange.
  • Skills: Analytical, creative, problem-solving, organized, and efficient.
  • Qualifications: Ideally holds a relevant qualification in conveyancing or has worked in a conveyancing role.
