We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for site supervision on a highways scheme in Colchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working on heavy civils projects.
