Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review security alerts and tooling information to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and shape security requirements, ensuring customer data and assets are secured while enabling open and modern digital services.
- Analyze technical, security, and statistical data to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Identify security threats through research and investigation, providing timely analysis and evaluation.
- Work with colleagues to conduct risk assessments and develop security awareness training for non-security staff.
- Maintain an understanding of the cyber security threat landscape and contribute to a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
- Recent security or support experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Experience of working as part of a team to provide a service to customers.
- Ability to learn new skills and develop oneself.
- Basic understanding of secure development and exposure to one or more security tools.
- 27 days leave (increasing with length of service) plus 8 bank holidays.
