At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Fenestration sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the South East, South West, or South Central regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell a manufactured range of PVC-u and aluminium windows and doors to trade customers, including installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on new business development and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction sales, preferably in the Fenestration sector.
- Strong knowledge of building products and the trade sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Driven, target-focused, and a team player with a passion for sales and customer service.
