About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Colleague to join our team at Tesco Bridgend Brewery Ln Superstore. As a Seasonal Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive store atmosphere.
  • Contribute to the store's performance by understanding and implementing sales strategies, reducing waste, and driving profit.
