Business Development Manager, North West

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our broker partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to meet ambitious targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and broker partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and new product launches
- Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure DUAL UK remains a market leader
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in commercial lines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ACII qualified or working towards
