About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our broker partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to meet ambitious targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and broker partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and new product launches
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure DUAL UK remains a market leader
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in commercial lines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ACII qualified or working towards
