Job Title: General Manager North West

Heidelberg Materials AG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our North West operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of direct reports to achieve business objectives
  • Manage commercial relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business plans, including sales, operations, and capital expenditure
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business management experience in the recycling industry
  • Demonstrable operational experience managing both yard and transport activities
  • Strong commercial client focus with responsibility for business development and profit delivery
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to operate at strategic management level
