Newstaff Employment Services Ltd seeks an accomplished SEN Teacher to teach in schools across the Dunstable and Houghton Regis area.

This position offers the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with options for short and long-term contracts that may lead to permanent positions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and delivering tailored educational programs for students with Autism and other SEN needs
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Education or similar, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
  • Experience working in an SEN setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development and effective teaching practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An enhanced DBS
