Clinical Pharmacy Position

We are seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to join our team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in patients' lives.

The salary for this role is approximately £35 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. As a clinical pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on hospital wards, covering general, medical, and surgical wards, and assisting dispensary teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconciling medicines and screening for drug interactions
  • Offering patient advice on wards
  • Screening inpatients and outpatients
  • Supporting ATOs and Pharm Techs as needed

Requirements:
  • Current GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
  • Hospital experience essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care
