Job Description

Role Overview

The Customer Incident Success Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional support to partners and customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with telecoms-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex telecoms faults
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure their needs are met
  • Contribute to the development of KPIs and reporting to measure incident resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in telecoms and fault analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
