Customer Incident Resolution Specialist

Role Overview
The Customer Incident Success Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional support to partners and customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with telecoms-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex telecoms faults
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure their needs are met
- Contribute to the development of KPIs and reporting to measure incident resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in telecoms and fault analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
