Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Boat Technician, your responsibilities will include the maintenance and repair of our lifeboats to the highest technical standards. This will involve working on marine petrol/diesel outboard and inboard engines, fuel systems, and associated control systems. You will also be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and welding components, as well as adapting to new equipment and machinery as projects arise.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, preferably with a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, such as City and Guilds or NVQ3. Ideally, you should have experience in marine fitting installations, boat construction within a boatyard/factory environment, and the ability to learn new skills. With a salary range of £36,000 - £41,000 per annum and comprehensive benefits, including performance-related pay scheme, 26 days' annual leave, and a 4-day working week, this is an exceptional opportunity to join our dedicated team.
