About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supporting Independence Specialist in Lowestoft. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their individual needs and develop personalized care plans that support their independence and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans
  • Delivering person-centred care to individuals with different needs
  • Supporting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and cooking
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience of working in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including enhanced bank holiday pay rates and a fully-funded Blue Light Card.
