About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from initial inquiry to move-in day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing expert advice on our developments and the lifestyle they offer
  • Working closely with the onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgeted selling prices

About You

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You will have previous experience in sales, preferably in the retirement or new homes market, and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
  • Knowledge of the retirement or new homes market
  • Valid UK driving license
