Job Title: Digital Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Fort Recruitment.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will lead digital sales strategies aligned with company goals, including identifying target audiences and planning campaigns to meet revenue targets.
  • This role involves working alongside sales teams, training, coaching, and daily support to ensure teams' digital goals align with overall objectives.
  • Market research will be conducted to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies, which will inform tactics and find opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and creating strategies for customer opportunities, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee digital advertising and sales campaigns across platforms to boost online visibility, build funnel, and drive opportunity conversion.
  • Monitor and analyse sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue, cost, and lifetime value, and regularly report on performance and ROI.
  • Plan, allocate, and oversee the digital sales budget, ensuring that funds are utilised effectively and within allocated limits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales manager capacity.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Experienced in agile methodology.
  • Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical features of enterprise software into business benefits that resonate with clients.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary of £65,000 per annum.
  • Fully expensed executive company car (including a fuel card which covers both personal and business use).
  • 25 days' holiday per year (plus 8 Bank Holidays).
