Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the wider nursing and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Collaborate with the Lead Community Nurse to ensure nursing services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in community nursing and leadership roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Sound knowledge of effective staff management and team leading.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Registration with the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme).
