About the Role

Ruskin Mill Trust is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Health and Social Care qualifications (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to work 24 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.

Benefits

  • Part-time salary range £14,799- £18,131 per annum.
  • Additional payment for sleep-ins (£78.48 per night).
