Senior Family Law Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solicitor to join our Family Law team as a Partner. As a leading practice in Liverpool, we have a stellar reputation for dealing with high net worth (HNW) and high-profile clients.

This is a senior role that offers immediate Partnership, full autonomy, and true flexibility. You will be joining a new office with a small team, but with scope to increase headcount and add to the existing client base.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and will either be at Partner level already or Senior Associate. You will need to be experienced in dealing with private family law matters, as this practice specializes in dealing with private family law and HNW individuals.

The primary focus of this role will be on business management and helping the department grow, while also working with your existing colleagues and client base to improve processes. You will have a good mix of work, including private children work, civil partnerships, co-habitation agreements, divorce, and ancillary relief.

The firm is very work-life balance focused and can offer a generous hybrid working split. However, there would be the need to travel between offices to liaise with the Directors and discuss plans for progressing and growing the team.

We offer an attractive benefits package, including a pension, bonus scheme, and healthcare, plus the chance to oversee an established team within a well-known and respected firm. Salary will be based on experience level, but will likely be in the realms of £75,000 - £100,000.
