Senior Family Law Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join our highly successful Family Law team as a Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

About the Role

This is a senior management position that will focus on business development and growth, as well as working closely with our existing team and clients to improve processes and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Family Law team and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the practice
  • Develop and implement business growth plans to increase revenue and profitability
  • Work closely with colleagues and clients to improve processes and deliver exceptional results
  • Manage and develop a team of solicitors and support staff
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and relationships
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and a strong track record of success in private family law. You will have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement business growth plans.
