Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own store, maximizing sales, and performance across all major KPIs through building a highly engaged and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience in retail, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high standards and great results in a retail setting.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
- Annual bonus potential.
- At least 28 days paid annual leave (rising to 33 days after 2 years), including 8 bank holidays.
