Job Title: Partnerships Ticketing Assistant

Description

The Partnerships Ticketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst in managing international ticketing for shows touring across European and APAC markets. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent numeracy skills and experience in ticketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and report tour sales figures within the partnership agreement on a weekly basis
  • Assist in collating previous tour data for analytical purposes
  • Collate inventory and sales data to ensure delivery of partnership agreements
  • Provide general assistance to the department as needed

Requirements

  • Some ticketing experience preferred
  • Excellent numeracy skills with advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload during peak seasons
  • Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate with colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
