Nurse Specialist in Mental Health Care

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with acute mental health needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support workers, Therapists, and Activity Coordinators to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients with acute mental health needs who are admitted for assessment and treatment.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters ongoing learning and professional development.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care.

Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration.
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
