We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our well-established technical business in the M4 Corridor. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with customers in the aerospace, automotive, and defence manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets and growth objectives
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to analyze and approach the South West England area effectively
- Assist in developing solutions to meet customer needs and maintain their effectiveness
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth strategies
Requirements:
- Technical or engineering sales background
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
What We Offer:
- Basic salary in the region of £45,000 dependent on experience
- Uncapped bonus with a conservative estimate of an additional £10,000 - £15,000 annually
- Company car and all mileage paid, including private miles
- Generous holiday entitlement of 30 days
