Job Title: Rotational Band 6 Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Therapies Team at The London Clinic. As a Rotational Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of acute inpatient services, including oncology, orthopaedics, neurosciences, general surgery, and intensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy services to patients across the acute inpatient services
  • Manage your own caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to achieve timely and safe discharges of patients
  • Assist the Lead Occupational Therapist in daily planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of the Occupational Therapy service
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centred care and support
Requirements:
  • Band 6 Occupational Therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC
  • Experience working in acute inpatient services, preferably in oncology, orthopaedics, neurosciences, general surgery, or intensive care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work under pressure
