Job Summary:

The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Therapies Team. As a Rotational Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality Occupational Therapy service to a range of acute inpatient services, including oncology, orthopaedics, neurosciences, general surgery, and intensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined caseload across the Clinic with supervision and support from the Lead Occupational Therapist.
  • Provide a high-quality Occupational Therapy service to a range of acute inpatient services, including oncology, orthopaedics, neurosciences, general surgery, and intensive care.
  • Assist the Lead Occupational Therapist in daily planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating the Occupational Therapy service.
  • Develop and implement effective methods of prioritization to achieve timely and safe discharges of patients from hospital, to help prevent admissions/readmissions, and enable patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Requirements:

  • Rotational Band 6 Occupational Therapist with a strong background in acute inpatient services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
