We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Area Sales Manager to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record of sales, parts knowledge, or servicing knowledge of Case IH machinery, as well as associated equipment and a large range of implements.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Agricultural Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling all Case IH machinery and related products. You will report directly to the Branch and Sales Managers, with full responsibility for meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of the Agricultural industry, including a range of products
- Previous successful experience in sales, servicing, or parts experience
- Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Able to work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exceed targets
- Strong upselling ability
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Influential and persuasive mentality
- Ability to close deals successfully
