About You:

  • You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
  • You have a passion for care and a dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
  • You have a natural ability to connect with people and bring warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanor to every interaction.
  • Communication is your superpower, whether you're talking with a resident about their needs, updating a family member, or guiding your care team.
