Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at British Garden Centres. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals according to our menu, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, following our menu and kitchen procedures.
  • Monitor portion sizes and waste, ensuring efficient use of ingredients and minimizing waste.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a busy kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
