Compassionate Community Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and practical individual to provide support to vulnerable members of our society who are being discharged from hospital.
This role involves easing their worries about being discharged, assisting them in the transition back to their homes, and continuing to visit for 6 weeks afterwards.
As a volunteer, you will have no involvement in personal or medical care and may choose the hours that suit you. Even one hour per week would be sufficient and of great value for this role.
About the RoleYou do not need to have any previous experience as all necessary training will be provided.

- A clean driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Expenses reimbursed: Travel within a CO postcode, mileage at 45p per mile, and parking.
