Salary: £43,500

Our client, a leading National FM company, is seeking an experienced Engineering Shift Leader with an electrical bias to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company that offers real up-skilling and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a proactive and reactive maintenance service
  • Manage a multi-skilled maintenance team, covering mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Ensure all electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
  • Book maintenance visits, quote jobs, and schedule engineer workloads
  • Meet key performance indicators and carry out modifications and installations as required
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers, issuing permits to work and reviewing RAMS
  • Take ownership of tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained to an appropriate standard
  • Liaise with client/management

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • 18th edition
  • 2391 Testing and Inspecting (desirable)
