We are seeking a talented Operations and Analysis Expert to join our team at Korn Ferry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, with experience in bid management and a passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness within our consulting practice.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Produce analysis from data to inform pipeline meetings and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field such as finance or accounting.
  • CIMA qualified (or comparable qualification).
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, operations management, or a related role.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
