Head Chef Opportunity

We are working in partnership with a prestigious Dining Pub and Restaurant based in Norfolk to find an exceptional Head Chef to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established destination dining Pub and Restaurant with a strong reputation for offering high-quality dining in a relaxed atmosphere.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a small team of chefs and working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional food and a proven track record of leading a team to achieve high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of chefs to deliver high-quality food
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Develop and implement menus to meet the needs of the business
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

What We Offer:
