Job Title: Bar and Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our team at Malmaison Manchester. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Bar, Brasserie, and Meetings areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve budgeted targets.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in running a branded restaurant operation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
