Child Development Specialist

We are working with an outstanding graded Primary school in Ealing to find a dedicated and caring individual to support a boy in Year 1 with Autism (ASD) and Behaviour Needs (SEMH). The role is long-term, Monday to Friday, school hours (8:30am - 4:00pm), with a daily rate of £105-£115 depending on experience.
This position offers the opportunity to work one-to-one with the boy, building a nurturing relationship over the academic year and helping him achieve his full potential. You will also contribute to the development of the school's Psychology and Support Services, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
School Overview:The school is located in the borough of Ealing and serves children aged 3-11. It is a community-focused Primary School with a wide-ranging curriculum including Music, Sports, Arts, and more.
Job Requirements:- You will support the pupil's teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans.
- Your role will also involve contributing to the development of the school's Psychology and Support Services, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- This role provides valuable experience and adds credibility to future applications for MA and MSc programs.
- You should be kind, caring, compassionate, resilient, and able to use initiative.
- A graduate background is preferred but not essential.
- You should have ambitious career aspirations within Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Support Work, or related fields.
