Data Quality Analyst Role

The Data Quality Analyst is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data issues to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data quality frameworks and processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with business rules.
  • Collaborate with data architects, business application developers, and data engineers to improve data collection and storage processes.
  • Perform data profiling, analysis, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Design and implement data quality metrics and dashboards to monitor and report on data quality.
  • Work with data stewards to develop and implement data remediation plans.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
  • Experience with data quality tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in data quality within an IT environment.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
