About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our AllSaints store. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, resilience, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
- Manage people matters, including performance management, attendance, and return to work interviews.
- Create and implement floor plans and rotas to ensure the store is set up for success.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Commercial acumen and a passion for fashion, with a deep understanding of the AllSaints brand.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving sales growth.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
