Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Global Process Owner - Customer Lifecycle Management to join our team. As the orchestrator of our Customer Lifecycle Management process, you'll define its scope and uncover value for customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your role will be crucial in establishing robust governance measures, enforcing standards, and managing performance to ensure excellence at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Determine the scope of the Customer Lifecycle Management process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, controls, and desktop procedures.
  • Support the implementation of consistent processes and collaborate with sub-process owners and super-users.
  • Establish metrics and review forums to manage ongoing process performance.
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives and influence at executive level.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and hold others accountable when necessary.
Requirements
  • Business leader with experience in Sales & Marketing process management and process improvement.
  • Ability to influence at executive level and hold others accountable.
  • Experience in managing compliance and ensuring standards are met.
